After continually receiving messages from our customers, especially from EU countries, questioning about the relatively high retail price on UK Amazon, we would like to address the following matters officially.
1. UK custom levies high tariffs, and the added tax is supposed to be added to the product value
2. Buyers from UK or other EU countries will not need to worry about the high tax fee and complicated government paperwork because the problem has been handled by us
Despite of the above, we have made great effort in cutting down the shipping fee, in the aim of lowering the product value.
