Post I made about damaged tablet arriving on the mail
Hello. I recently purchased your Huion 8 ExpressKey 10 x 6 Inches Graphics Drawing Tablet on Amazon, and when it arrived earlier today in the mail, I noticed that the box had ben sliced open on the top of the box. Upon opening the package (and noticing the torn cardboard on the front) I found out that whoever sliced the box open actually cut through the protective foam and made a long cut across the tablet’s surface. I’d like to know what your replacement policies are regarding these kinds of situations, Where can I contact customer service so we can sort this problem out?
